By accessing the Luck 97 platform — whether through the website at luck97.onl, the mobile app, or any other interface provided by Luck 97 — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement forms a legally binding contract between you (the player) and Luck 97.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the platform. Continued use of Luck 97 after any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. • Luck 97 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your account — is not permitted under any circumstances.

Luck 97 may require identity verification at any time. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may involve submitting a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. This process protects you and other players on the platform.

All transactions on Luck 97 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. Luck 97 does not charge any platform fee on deposits — the full amount you transfer is credited to your account balance.

Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — from accounts belonging to family members, friends or anyone other than the registered account holder — are not accepted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed or held pending review.

Funds deposited into your Luck 97 account are held in your account balance and may be used for betting, casino games and other platform activities. Deposited funds that have not been used in betting or gaming activity may be eligible for withdrawal subject to the conditions set out in Section 5.

Withdrawals at Luck 97 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to ensure funds are returned to their original source. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, you will be presented with available alternatives from the supported channels listed in your account.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. If your account has not completed KYC verification, your withdrawal request will be queued until the required documents are submitted and approved. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms, which are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that offer.

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus-derived winnings remain in your bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per device.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the offer terms — expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Luck 97 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations to players who have already claimed an active offer.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is considered bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, some Slots may count 100% while Live Casino games may count at a lower rate. This is always specified in the individual bonus terms.

• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed or cancelled will be voided and your stake returned, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time.
• In the case of a match being reduced in overs due to weather or other interruptions, Luck 97 follows the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method for settling relevant markets where applicable.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the platform's discretion. Luck 97 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) will be voided regardless of whether the bet resulted in a win or loss. This applies to situations where published odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, per market and per player, and are displayed at the point of bet placement.

Luck 97's Live Casino and Slots sections are provided in partnership with third-party game suppliers. Each game operates under its own rules and Return to Player (RTP) figures, which are accessible within the game interface. Luck 97 does not modify the RTP or outcome mechanics of any game provided by its supplier partners.

Live Casino games including Baccarat, Roulette and Blackjack are streamed in real time. Game outcomes are determined by the live dealer and standard game rules. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, the round result stands as recorded on the game server, not on your local device.

• Slots outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results are independent of previous spins and cannot be predicted or influenced.
• Any technical malfunction during a game that results in an ambiguous or unresolvable outcome will result in that round being voided and your stake returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Luck 97 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or technical vulnerabilities in the platform, games or payment systems.
• Match-fixing, insider betting or placing bets based on privileged information not available to the general public.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any form of financial fraud.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account credentials or account access to any third party.
• Using someone else's payment method or identity to register or transact on the platform.

Luck 97 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, particularly where a breach of these terms is identified or suspected. You will be notified of an account suspension where possible, but in cases involving fraud, suspected criminal activity or immediate risk, suspension may occur without prior notice.

If your account is closed by Luck 97 due to a terms violation, any balance that was obtained through prohibited conduct — including bonus abuse, multi-accounting or fraudulent deposits — will be forfeited. Legitimate deposits made from your own verified payment method that have not been used in any prohibited activity will be assessed for return on a case-by-case basis.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting Luck 97 support. Self-exclusion options are available under the Responsible Gaming settings in your account — see Section 12 for more detail.
